The documents includes lists of staff, trustees, committee members, hostesses, and others associated with the museum; a foreword; a President's Report; Director's Report; Secretary's Report as to memberships at various levels, a list of donors and accessions, attendance information; departmental reports; and a Treasurer's Report. There are some photo illustrations to the report, which is in fair condition with many edge tears, some losses, creases, stains and soiling, and wear to the cover, while the pages are lightly browned, but clean.Lexicon
