"Hollywood Grove Tract," published by Gilchrist Saunders Company, 1920s. The map covers an area bounded by Melrose Avenue on the south, Bayer St. (now Lemon Grove Avenue) on the north, Wilton Place on the east, and Ridgewood Place on the west. There are lot numbers, measurements of depth and width, some prices for lots written in ink, and contact information for the developer. On the reverse is some text about the tract, including prices, terms, developer contacts, and directions by streetcar. A business card from the tract agent, item .20 of the accession, was affixed with a paper clip, so, with rust from the clip, original folds, several tears along folds, and some creases, the condition is fair.Lexicon
