"Expedition to San Francisco Bay in 1770: Diary of Pedro Fages," Volume 2, Number 3 of the Publications of the Academy of Pacific Coast History, University of California, Berkeley, California, July 1911. The 19-page work has a brown paper binding with the series title, volume and number, title, author's name, publisher's name, and date on the front. After an introduction is the translation of Fages' diary with the Spanish of the original and the English translation on facing pages, covering Fages explorations from Monterey to the Bay of San Francisco and back.
