The item lists state officers, members of the Assembly and Senate, members of standing committees, the rules of both houses as well as join rules, and other relevant state government information. At the back are many notes, perhaps by C. C. Ortega, whose name is inscribed on the title page. With worn wrappers, a loose binding, but clean pages, the item is in good overall condition.
