A real photo postcard, "Main Entrance / Casa Adobe, Southwest Museum / Highland Park, Los Angeles," ca. 1920s. The view shows the front portico of the replicated adobe structure, intended to represent a "typical" house of the pre-American era of California. There are hanging jars with plants in them, benches and chairs and other details on the one-story tile-roofed structure. Some of the landscaping in the garden in front of the house is also of note. The unused card has mininal soiling and abrasions but is in good condition.
