"Centennial History of Lexington Lodge No. 104: 1855-1955," (El Monte: Lexington Lodge No. 104,) 1955. The 126-page book has a blue hardcover with the title and masonic symbol at the center of the front in gold. The city's name and year are at the bottom also in gold. A flypage at the beginning has a dedication written in blue ink, and this is followed by a title page; a table of contents; listing of illustrations; an acknowledgement; a listing of lodge officers; and an introduction. Included in the book is much information about the lodge's history including records and keepsakes, historical notes, biographies of past members, and much more. Among the many members were William Workman and F. P. F. Temple, who was Lodge Master from 1868 to 1869. A biography of Temple is included on page 67. Some black and white photographs are included. In good condition, the artifact has some minor abrasions on the cover, small creases, light soiling, some fading of the gold lettering, and small tears on the cover fabric.Lexicon
