Description

Color: Blue; Gold "Albany Mounts," issued by the Albany Card and Paper Manufacturing Company, 1929. The 39-page catalog has a blue paper cover with writing in black on the top reading, "Mr. G. Johnson / Johnson." Below this is the title, the name of the company, and its location. A gold border surrounds the lettering in the center which is also in gold. At the beginning is a note to photographers indicating the convenience of using the catalog and the company's products. Over 20 different mounts and easels are listed for sale with such names as Aristocrat; Salon; Barton; Arlington; Aladdin; Astoria; Alameda; and Brookside. A black and white photograph of each is included as well as an index at the back. With abrasions; creases; fading of the gold lettering; and tears on page 3, the object is in fair condition.
