"Casters for Every Purpose," issued by the Bassik Company, 1922. The 80-page catalog has a brown paper cover with the title on the top and the name and address of the company on the bottom. At the center is a circle with a drawing of a caster in the middle and the words, "Uniformly Excellent." Below this is the catalog number. A border is around the printing on the front which is all in red and white ink. At the beginning are drawings of the company's three plants; a foreword; an alphabetical index; a numerical index; and a note regarding the catalog. There are many types of casters available for sale with such names as diamond velvet; Bassik; Harvard; universal; and gem. At the back is an advertisement for the company's line of automobile and cabinet hardware. Many black and white drawings are included. Three price lists, which are items .2-.4, were found within. With creases; abrasions; some foxing; surface soiling; stains, and a small tear on the back, the artifact is in fair condition.Lexicon
