At left and center is a color image of a medieval troubadour singing and playing a lute in front of a maiden before the open window of a room, with a full low moon in the background. The publisher's names and locations are at the bottom left. The transcription of the moderato espressivo tempo tune with a tuning key for a ukulele is four pages. At the back cover are some sample transcriptions from this song and three others from the Vallee film with notes that records and piano rolls were available.
