The label has a scroll-patterned border with the letters "VE" at the top and bottom; the logo of the company, showing Nipper the dog listening through a victrola's horn; the label name; the identification number; indication that the songs were fox trots; that they were from the motion picture "Gold Diggers of Broadway"; song titles in English and Spanish; songwriters' names; artist; and company name and city of business.
