Spiral-bound book: "Final EIS Ebey's Landing National Historical Reserve". Dated February 19, 1980. On the top in blue ink: "Please return to Kristin Ravetz". Stamped in black ink: "Received Jun 13 1991 City of Everett Planning Dept." This is the final Environmental Impact Statement. It contains letters, documents, government documents, etc. Some pages have drawings of maps. The book is 9 1/2" W by 11" H and 1/2"thick.
