Description

Sepia photograph of the Penn Cove Water Festival Parade (1934? date written on back). Native American men and women, some in more "western" clothing and others in "traditional" attire, walk together down a street with bystanders watching on either side. Some shops are visible, including Sill's General Merchandise store. Telephone poles line the street sides. A banner is stretched across the street: "Coupeville Indian Water Festival Aug 10, 11 and 12"
