Photograph of the Hattie Swift Race house in Coveland. This house was built in 1851 by Jacob Smith and sold to Captain James H. Swift. It was later abandoned and was moved to Coupeville in 1928, when it was restored and became the home of Hattie Swift Race. Photo c. 1946.
