Warranty Deed from Thomas W. Cobb, Nellie Cobb, W. H. Clay, Elizabeth A. Clay to John Runn, c. 3rd September 1915. This Warranty Deed is for the value of $10.00 dollars and for the following portions of land in Island County: "Beginning at a point Fifty (50) feet west of the South West Corner of Block Nine (9) in RACE & HANCOCK'S Addition to Coupeville, Washington, thence running west One Hundred Thirty-five (135) feet; thence running in a North Easterly direction along the edge of the bank to a point One Hundred Forty (140) feet directly north of the point of beginning; thence running south One Hundred Forty (140) feet to the place of beginning. Also, commencing at the South West Corner of Block Nine (9) of RACE & HANCOCK'S ADDITION to Coupeville, Washington; thence running West Fifty (50) feet; thence South One Hundred Ninety-three (193) feet; thence East Fifty (50) feet; thence South One Hundred Ninety-three (193) feet to the place of beginning."
