Aileen Terry Benson wearing the wedding gown of Chloe Terry Doyle, who had the first wedding on Whidby on April 23, 1853. On the right is JoAnn Engle wearing her grandfather's dress (C. T. Engle). On the left is Joyce Zylstra wearing her granduncle's dress (Henry Libbey). Aileen Terry Benson & Frank Bekstead were married February 4, 1941, in Yuma, Arizona. Photo was taken for the Pageant of Costumes by the Daughters of Pioneers held at Freddrick & Nelsons Tea Room in Seattle, Wash.
