This document is the menu for the 100th Anniversary 71st Company, Coast Artillery Corps Christmas Feast. Inside the menu they include a Roster of all individuals attending the feast and a list of dinner choices. It notes that the MENU is a reproduction of the original 1910 menu. They also state that due to current tastes and dietary sensitivities many of the menu selections vary.
