Whidbey News Times article dated March 30, 1972 about taking down the Oak Harbor Water Tower. Article was donated by The PBY -Naval Air Museum. Pictures in the newspaper article show Dick Hartmann working on hydraulic jack, Fire Chief Jim Ronhaar and the community watching the tower as it's taken down.
