Bottom edge it reads: "Harvey T Hill Home, Oak Harbor, Wash. Feb 1960". A few blemishes including upper right side- small thin arc (pen?) and smudge/scrape- and left bottom- scrape? and "3" in middle. On the back is stamped "1122 2" and there is discolouration from where the frame was.
Frame was removed. On the frame it said it was built by Harry T Hill(s?) in 1916 and that this photo was taken by Oak Harbor News in Feb 1960.
