Description

This Abstract of Title is a copy of that found at RG3.030.002. Abstract of Title for land: "Beginning at a point which is 34.9 feet South and 152.8 feet west of the SW corner of the Martin Taftson [sic] Donation Claim in Sec. 2 Township 32 Ragne 1 E. W.M. which said S.W. corner is witnessed by an iron pin 33 feet North of said S.W. corner and running thence from said point of beginning, South 69 degrees W., 60 feet, thence South 17 degrees forty minutes, E. 50 feet, thence North 69 degrees E. 50 feet, thence North 17 degrees, forty minutes W 50 feet to point of beginning. Also beginning at a point South 80 degrees West 166.8 feet distant from an iron pin which is 33 feet North from the S.W. corner of the Marten [sic] Taftson [sic] Donation Claim, and running thence North 17 degrees, 43 minutes West 200 feet, thence South 72 degrees 17 minutes West 50 feet, thence South 17 degrees 43 minutes East, 202.9 feet, thence North 69 degrees E. to point of beginning." This Abstract of Title contains affidavits, register of deaths (Thomas L. Maylor), warranty deeds, petition for probate of will (estate of Emma Maylor), inventories and appraisements of the estate of Emma Maylor, and other legal filings relating to the estate of Emma Maylor.
