This book was donated to Beulah Whitlow by Frack Ecker who stayed at the Crockett Farm B & B . The Watervliet Arsenal is important because this is where the two 10 inch guns on display at Ft. Casey was made. On the first three pages of the book are some photos taken by Frank Ecker in September of 1989 of the two 10" disapperaing guns.Lexicon
