Almost identical to 2016.133.237. This photo has ever so slight lighter exposure. Photo of watercolour (?) painting most likely by Richie Benson. A fantasised version of Toadhall and surrounding area. Toadhall on pier with boat on water directly in front of it. No trees on hill behind the house. Another fairytale castle like house on the hilltop on the right of the photo. On the left of the photo, on the hilltop are two smaller houses and a water tower. A smaller water tower is on the beachfront to the right across from Toadhall.
