Abstract of Title for land: "Claim No. 37 being part of sec. one in Tp. 37 N. R. 1 E, and claim No. 40, being part of sec. 36 in Tp. 33 N. R. 1 E, being founded and decided as follows, to wit: Beginning at a point 20 chains North and 40 chains West of the S. E. corner of sec. 36, in Tp. 33 North of R. one East, thence South 20 chains; thence East 40 chains; thence South 3 chains & 91 links; thence South 61° & 30' west 2 chains & 89 links; thence South 53° & 30' West 34 chains & 50 links; thence South 42° West 20 chains & 28 links; thence South 22° West 12 chains & 6 links; thence West 13 chains & 50 links; thence North 63 chains & 15 links, and thence East 35 chains & 72 links to the place of beginning, in the district of lands subject to sale at Olympia, Wash. Terr. containing 319 25/100 acres. In Island County, Wash. Terr." This Abstract of Title contains patents, deeds, mortgages, and quitclaim deeds.
