Pat's place established in 1926, owned by Robert and Pat Partridge. Pat's place was a hotel, barbershop and restaurant. Most likely the interior of Pat's Place sitting in the back corner are two women, Mrs Pat and Jessie Libbey Budsner. Late 1920's (according to Leona Argent 7/12)
