Postcard depicting two individuals examining Alexander Blockhouse. Addressed to Mrs. D.W. Edgar, 8234 Eberhart, Chicago, Illinois. Postmarked 24 December 1941, Wenatchee WA. The writing on the reverse of the postcard reads, in part, "Dear Gram -- Well I'm here at Wenatchee -- nova cloud in the sky, though rather cool and the roads were covered with ice but that's better in a way than deep slushy snow. I hope you have a nice Christmas, only wished I could be with you. I hope to get home tonight although Christmas don't mean much to me since the folks are gone. E. P. Boosey."Collection
