"Beginning at a point 64.68 feet south and 123.9 feet east of the southeast corner of Lot one (I), in the town of Oak Harbor, according to the recorded plat thereof, int he office of the County Auditor of Island County, Washington, Running thence south to meander line; Thence east along said meander line 126 feet; Thence north to the County Road, Thence west along the County Road.
