This is a photograph of two homes and the old courthouse. Each building is labeled on the photograph with 1, 2, or 3 which matches the key on the backside of the postcard. 1. Island Co. Courthouse - 1891, wrecked 1950. 2. Built by Howard Lovejoy for mrs. Todd (mrs. Lovejoy's mother). Bought later by Shirley Parker. 3. Capt H. Builty by Lovejoy for own use. Bought later by James Zylstra. Unpaved roads and the addition of wooden sidewalks. Gray scale photograph. Photo postcard. Lovejoy Courthouse, and 2 houses From the old entry: Written on the back: 1.
