Photographic Negative of showing foundation below Masonic Hall - originally built by Dr. Highwarden as a Sanitarium. Later was First Puget Sound Academy. Burned in 1896 and was rebuilt on hill. The Leach House is pictured in the background. Unpaved roads and wooden sidewalks.
