Native American canoes and paddlers at the Coupeville Water Festival. There are at least 11 canoes and 11 paddlers in each canoe. There are steamships, sloops and other boats alongside the canoe; one is a Coast Guard vessel - CG-265. Written on the back: "Indian Race Coupeville Wash."
