Photo of the Glenwood Hotel (now lawyer's office) facing the building. It is along Main Street and faces Front Street and Penn Cove. It is a 3-story building with bay windows on the top two levels in front. Three men are sitting and one standing on the front porch. A railing/fence and picket fence are on the right. Across Main Street is what used to be the movie theater/cinema. From accession book and written on back: Glenwood Hotel Coupeville, Wa. Fall of 1906 or Spring 1907. PNRO: page 164. Built in 1889 as a hotel with a flat roof. In 1899 the mansard roof was added. Listed as: Glenwood Hotel, McPherson Candy Store, Law Offices.
