Abstract of Title for land: "The west one half, (1/2), of the south one half (1/2), of the north west, one quarter (1/4), section twenty-five, (25), township twenty-nine, (29), north range three, (3), east, Wilamette [sic] Meridian, in Island county [sic], state of Washington."
