Photo of the rear (but not right side) of the Confectionery shop at 16 NW Front Street from Penn Cove. The store has a balcony at the street level. Flat roof. Ladder from the balcony roof to almost the top of the building. It is at least two stories. A pole from now-gone Robertson's wharf in foreground. On the back: Benson's Confectionery right, Blowers and Kineth left. From sticky note: Blowers and Kineth Cash Store on left. 1874 Sill Residence until it was moved to two locations, now on Coveland. In 1916 new building on lot - Benson gift store and confectionery with apartment above. 1940s-1950s liquor in back, Howard's Gifts Store in front, 1980s King's Liquor Store, 1995 Kingfisher Bookstore with apartment above, 2018 sold, still Kingfisher with apartment. From old entry: Benson Confectionery on right and Blowers & Kinneth left Unit 6, Drawer A (Benson Confectionery) Per PNRO page 154: built in 1916 gift store and confectionery. Still same until 1970s.
