This is an additional copy of Jerome and Clara B. Ely Abstract of Title, found at RG3.023.001 and RG3.024.001. Abstract of Title for land and real estate belonging to Jerome Ely and his wife Clara B. Ely: "Being parts of Sections 1 and 2, Tp. 32 N., R. 1 E., designated as Claim No. 38, and Claim No. 41, being part of Sections 35 and 36, Tp. 33 N., R. 1 E., as Zachariah Martin Taftzon [sic] Claim; and Claim No. 39, being part of Sec. 2, Tp. 32 N., R 1 E., and Claim No. 45, being part of Section 35, Tp. 33 N., R. 1 E., as Clement Washington Sumner Claim." This Abstract of Title contains patents, deeds, agreements, warranty deeds, deeds, of partition, partnership dissolutions, mortgages, judgments, quit-claim deeds, a description of Ely's Addition to the town of Oak Harbor, affidavits, register of death (Thomas L.
