The "Morse Mansion" (house) 1894. James Neil house and water tower, built by Otto Van Dyk, before house was burned and tower restored. Top of "Roller Barn" shows over house built in 1912 by Neil who moved there in 1910. Mel and I were married Oct 25th 1930 and lived on the ranch 1 year before it was lost for a $2,400 loan. The Great Depression was in full swing and no money for farms.
