Jim Neil and Jack Goehry, cousins, standing in front of the restored Neil water tower (1910) in Oak Harbor in 1993. Jim is the son of Melvin Neil and Jack is the son of Hazel Neil. Their grandfather James Neil had the barn, "Roller Barn" built in 1912 by Otto Van Dyk.
