Some Native American women and possibly two or three men seen from the back, wearing traditional clothing including headdresses adorned with feathers, belts, earrings, robes decorated with shells(?). They may be looking out towards the water of Penn Cove. People are standing below and behind them (in foreground of photo). Bleached right bottom corner of photo- overexposure perhaps.
Original entry in Past Perfect dated this as 1935 but written on back of photo it claims to be the 1931 Water Festival. Also stamped on back: "Copy The Little Gallery 1112 West Pioneer Way Oak Harbor, Washington 98277 Telephone (206) 675-6135 Copy".Collection
