Group of Native Americans at the Coupeville Run for Peace standing outside the museum by the canoe shelter. It appears that they are giving a prayer or blessing possibly. One man kneels next to a blanket with feathers and antlers laid out, he is holding a bundle on his knee. Two other men are kneeled over the blanket either packing or unpacking sacred items.
