Black and white photograph of a Native American tepee at the 1940 water festival. It is cordoned off by poles. Carved wooden symbols that resemble eagles are attached to the crisscrossing poles at either side of the tepee. The tepee is open, and a carved head can be seen in the entryway. It stands next to a white/light-coloured building seen in the background. Hand written on the back: "Coupeville Indian Festival August 1940".
