PNRO page 96: built in 1892 by Thomas Richards. Bought in 1908 by Sargeant Thomas Clark, a soldier at Fort Casey. The original location of the house was the south-west corner of Fort Casey Road and Terry Road. Moved in 1979 with new owner who restored the building
