Photo of a two-story house with porch and balcony above it. At least two chimneys. Some pieces of hte roof are missing; a ladder is on the roof. The porch roof is sagging. TV antenna on the left. An old stove/range is on the porch as well as other items. On the back: T. Richards - 1890 - later called Sgt. Clark's, taken 1971. So. Main near Tyee. House is at 301 S. Main St. PNRO page 96: built in 1892 by Thomas Richards. Bought in 1908 by Sargeant Thomas Clark, a soldier at Fort Casey. The original location of the house was the south-west corner of Fort Casey Road and Terry Road. Moved in 1979 with new owner who restored the building From folder: Coupeville, Historic Buildings, T.
