Warranty Deed from Helen Boetzkes to A. K. Capaan, c. 26 June, 1916 (certified 23rd May, 1916). This Warranty Deed is for the value of $800.00 dollars and for the following portions of land in Island County: "The Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Six (6), Township Thirty-Three (33) North, Range Two (2) E.W.M. excepting therefrom a strip of land 20 feet wide along the north side of said tract and a strip of land 20 ft. wide only."
