Description

This photograph shows a number of men, women, and children standing on a bridge. The railings are made of round logs and it covers the flow of water between Penn Cove and the swimming lagoon at Stills Park. This is located near what is now the Captain Whidbey Inn, but was known as the Whid-Isle Inn. There are two imperfections in the photo on the right side.
