Negative showing a 1930s water festival parade. Native Americans in ceremonial dress walk through the street. In the foreground, one wears a "21" sign. Behind them is a woman wearing an ornate mask covering most of her face and she holds a drum. To the right of her is a man with a very high and feathered headdress holding a spear. Two women more simply attired walk behind. In the background is a car with two Native American men standing up in it as they drive past the Starwana hotel. People line the street to watch.
