Two Native American men in ceremonial dress and holding feathered staffs stand up in truck. Banners and other decorations adorn the buildings. Onlookers on both sides of the road. Stalls set up on both sides. A loud speaker on the right in foreground.
Top right photograph (landscape 5" W X 4" H): Black and white photograph of dockside. Along the shoreline are boats moored on land, some upturned. Some are docked along pathways going out into the harbor bay. Two buildings out on the water in the distance. Framed by trees.
Bottom left photograph (portrait 4" W X 5" H): Crowd attending a 1930s water festival. The street is packed with people. Banners, flags and signs adorn the buildings and between them. Stalls line the sides of the street. In the foreground, a woman rests in a char sitting beside a telephone pole. On the other side is a platform on which people stand, one man leaning against the wooden railing.
