Description

Black and white photograph of the BSA Troop 48 (boy scouts) float during the water festival parade. The float is "camouflaged" in leaves, branches and small trees. A tent is erected on the platformed top of the float. Three boys in scout uniforms sit around a "campfire". One of them smiles at the camera. The BSA sign on the side of the float has examples of different knots attached to it.
