Black and white photograph of an outdoor stage during a water festival event. A youth band (naval?) are playing. A headless conductor stands before them, his music in front of him. The conductor (head cropped out in photo), is dressed in a white uniform. Also dressed completely in white is a young woman, possibly dancing. In the foreground are the backs of several audience members, including a man to the right wearing braces and a stetson, the back of a man's head in the middle of the photo, and four women in a line off to the left of the photo.
