The blurred heads of three audience members in the foreground off the the left of the photo. Photo has crimped edging on all sides. Photo was part of a small handmade card photo book bound with string. Photos by Madge Dean Swenson, aunt of Lillian Dean Huffstetler. The last water festival for a while.
