Sheet of four black and white photographs:
Top left (portrait 5"H x 4"W photograph is of a native craftsman. He wears a feathered headdress and a decorated fringed shirt. There are a few small holes in his trousers/pants. He wears glasses, smiles at the camera, and holds a miniature wooden canoe in his hands.
Top right (landscape 5" W X 4" H): A Native American man sits on a stool close to the ground making a carving from wood. He sits before a table covered in a patterned cloth upon which various decorated implements and miniature totem poles are placed. The ground around him is covered in wood chips and shavings.
Bottom left (portrait 4" W X 5" H): A Native American woman, wearing a dress and headscarf, hanging up/taking down fish suspended from poles lodged in a tree's branches. In the background (in front of her) a man straddles the side of a car, with the side door open. Photo may have been taken by either Danny Brown or Orville Bergerson.
Bottom right (landscape 5" W X 4" H): Photograph shows a canoe race in Penn Cove. At least five canoes are racing neck-and-neck, powered by only men, towards the wharf. In the distance is the wharf and the bridge is packed with people. Other canoes and boats float around near the wharf, too.
