Photo of the building at 504 NE 9th Street, Captain Coupe's house. Mostly one story, two doors. Small windows. Dogwood in bloom. Dog in the front yard. On the back: Captain Thomas Coupe House, 1854. Oldest house in town, has been moved back from the bluff twice due to erosion. Constructed of redwood from San Francisco.
