A steamer seen anchored off a coast, perhaps Oak Harbor. It has been identified as the "State of Washington" which was Captained by Ed Armstrong. A large American flag can be seen flying off the stern of the boat, but the stern is almost completely out of sight due to the angle of the boat. The bow is angled towards the viewer and has a flag on the prow. A dock can be seen stretching out towards the boat in the background.
