Telephone, accordian style to be pulled out from it's mounted position. Missing receiver piece. Marked as manufactured by Stromberg-Carlson, Rochester, NY. Reported to have been from Coates Electric store in Coupeville - owned by Coates brothers, Clarence and Vernon. Donated with other radio items and a history write up adapted from "The Stromberg-Carlson Store", Rochester Commerce, Sept. 1954 - which will be kept with Deed of Gift paperwork.
Donated by Maxene Varga, granddaughter of Ethel Coates Smith & in her honor. Maxene found the item in her grandparents attic - Smith House.Lexicon
