This Warranty Deed is for the value of $50.00 dollars and for the following portions of land in Island County: "Beginning at a point which is 34.9 feet South and 152.8 feet west of the SW corner of the Martin Taftson [sic] Donation Claim in Sec. two (2) twp thirty two (32) Range One (1) E.W.M. which said S.W. corner is witnessed by an iron pin thirty three (33) feet North of said South West corner, and running thence from said point of beginning.
